N.M. Martinez | 1 comments It seems that Createspace has added a space between my first and middle initial of my name, so that the print version and the ebook aren't linked.

Got it. (Also corrected the ISBN on the book -- be sure to put ISBN-13s in the second spot, not the one for ISBN-10s.)
