The Hunger Games Trilogy Boxset question

I agree, both were amazing series. However, I'd have to say Gone was better in the apocalyptic sense, because that is more of a sense that the civilization is going to end - I haven't read the fifth one yet (of Gone),so I don't know in what direction it goes from there.

In the Hunger games trilogy, there's enough to...reboot the civilization, and recreate a way of life. I just can't believe Katniss' decision in making the Hunger Games for the Capital, because who KNOWS where that's going to lead!

So - I love them both, but in the apocalyptic sense, Gone is my winner.
