Should this be not-a-booked or deleted?

I stumbled over this one. It appears to have been added by a publisher, not a user. I can find it on barnes and noble, but not world cat or amazon. And there is no picture or description on B&N. My guess is that it is some sort of display setup for her Case of the Hook-Billed Kites book. But do those get ISBNs? I haven't dealt with this sort of thing before, so I don't know the process and I don't know if I've done sufficient research. Can someone with more experience advise me or resolve the issue if there is one?

It should be NOT A BOOK'ed

I read the manual, but one thing I am not clear about. Should I add NOT A BOOK as an author and make it the primary author or should I replace the current author completely so the ONLY author is NOT A BOOK?

Never done this before and don't want to screw it up.

Replace the current author with NOT A BOOK and add NOT A BOOK to the title
