The thing I really remember about Johanna is when she said (not exactly word for word) "there's no one left I care for anymore" in cf




I also like how her and Katniss bond, and in the end, they choose to stick with each other.

Seriously, how nice would you be if everyone and everything you loved was taken away from you AFTER you had to kill other teens in a deadly arena? She'd been through so much. I think the character was great, well written, and gave a lot of insight into how horrible the Capitol was, even after torturing the tributes, it never really ends. I would be mean too if I felt like I couldn't trust anyone.



Well she was tourtured in water so I think she has a reason to be afraid of it.
