Adding Pictures submitted by Fans!

Hey everyone! I have recently thought of the idea to add another pictures section to my website but pictures submitted by others! Most pics on my site are done by me but now if anyone sees a creepy/horror pic or is a good drawer/artist and you wanna add a pic for my section, please let me know!
