I like Sadie. Finally I found a character who is as sarcastic as I am!

Sadie . I love her attitude
carter. simply cuz, he's smarter, careful, can turn into a giant chicken dude and is more likely to survive a zombie apocalypse, and i see a lot of myself in him ... excluding chicken dude ;). sadie honestly just seems like a real brat. i mean at start of 2nd bk, her recklessness did set off an ancient trap that eventually resulted in jaz going into a coma. even then she didn't really learn anything from that. if she did, then i woulda picked her over carter, cuz under all that bratty stuff is a kid with serious sass, and cmon, who doesn't like sass.

Sadie!!! She has so many hilarious comebacks and Carter just doesn't know what is coming!
Carter. I find Sadie cruel and annoying.
I like both of them pretty equally. My first impression of Sadie was that she was a sassy jerk who just needed to grow up. I liked Carter because I related to him and I appreciate the way Rick developed his character. As the series went on he became more courageous in his own way. As this happened he began to look up to Sadie and respect her boldness. I realized that Sadie had been through a lot and her sass was her way of dealing with it. In a way I adopted her method, I am now more similar to her than I am to Carter. I appreciate the way Rick wrote both of their characters so I cannot really pick a favorite.
Both, I enjoyed reading about them becoming closer as siblings. It is a nice change from the female and male leads (almost) always getting together.
I love them both! But if i had to choose I'd say Carter cause he's more interesting when he tells his side of the story. Plus I found it super funny when Sadie would butt in and say something hilarious.
I have to say, Sadie! I can relate to how she reacts and her short temper heh...
I like WAY more Sadie by her personalty, but Carter is someone I feel very identificated. It´s hard for me to decide
Carter was always my favourite, I'd get annoyed when Sadie had lines like 'Carter is the only family I have right now, how sad is that'I'm just sitting here like EXCUSE ME YOU ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HIM BYE

definitely sadie. now, disclaimer: i have only read the first book. but, so far i definitely like sadie better. she kept the book enjoyable for me and she has much more personality i feel. she also can be dramatic and sassy at times so she can be relatable in that aspect.

sadie is snarky, rude, and just not a very good person so I carter I guess.
I think Sadie, I like her free spirit and the fact that she’s sharped tongued and she can roll with whatever comes her way (minus a certain god of death I suppose) I still really like Carter tho, I think he’s a dorky person in a cute way
