Sadie, she is funny and spunky. At times Cater seems a little boring to me.
CARTER !! I like his way of facing problems, he's so relaxed....^^and yeah, in my opinion Sadie's like over the top sometimes...

sadie well has a lot of spunk i think she gets more focus and rick gives a lot of credit to her that im not sure she solely deserves. i honestly like carter more

I have trouble liking either of them. They're from Egypt yet the main characters are ethnically Black African and White European. What's wrong about writing about an Egyptian Egyptian? Perhaps it's because it's aimed at American audiences...
Carter, Sadie is annoying. I didn't like either of them much, though, that's why I could never get into the series, unlike with PJO, where I was addicted in the first chapter

Maybe you're right, but maybe the fact that she hasn't grown up with him gives her an even less of a right of teasing him. I would like to say something about her attitude in the throne of fire but i haven't read it yet.

Personally, I like Sadie better. I find that I can relate to her personality better than Carter. I think a lot of people are forgetting that her 'bratty' attitude is a front. She even admits it, she puts it on so others don't mess with her and she thinks people expect her to be something special.And honestly, who isn't a bit mean to their sibling? Carter can be mean too Sadie as well. They both have a large ammount of respect for each other, even if they hurt each others feelings.
Plus I find Sadie a refreshing female lead. She not the usual "OMG, I'm so helpless and awkward." lead. Her points of view are also quite interesting to read.

I like Carter better in my option I though rick riordan showed favortasim towards Sadie character she always got to tell the best parts which was messed up he made Carter character look weak and not all that great which is messed up but I thought Carter was brave ; strong and awesome he fought most of the battles when Sadie could have helped to be honset he had it more rough at least Sadie had a home growing up and friends and went to school basically a normal life while on the other hand Carter was with his dad never having friends never being able to experience what going to school is like always moving from place to place and when they were reunited Sadie was a complete Bratislava always making fun of him and teasing and having the nerve to say he had it better big whoop so what if her magic was a little better than his in my honset option I liked Carter better I really didn't like sasdie charchter
I like them both, but Sadie because I could relate to her easier, and also, I love her accent!
I really like Sadie, Carter is too passive.

Sadie. I'm a girl as well and I like how she describes her affection for Anubis!!
I liked both of them equally, to be honest. I literally laughed out loud at some of the things Sadie thought and said, but there was a certain aura to Carter that I enjoyed from the beginning. Sadie took a bit of warming up to, but in the end I have to say that both siblings are great characters. Rick Riordan has yet again amazed me:)
Sadie,she's layed back and is not stressing the situation, and is funny for most of it.
