Me: Agh. That's like my math quiz, except there was one question that was worth 4 points, so if I got it wrong (which I did) I got a B-, and it wasn't like an actual math problem, so there was no partial points and whatever.

Me: Math Studies is above pre-calc in my school, so my teacher and counselors told me I shouldn't take it. I'll be taking HL Math Studies, which I think is the highest math. We have a ton of sub-categories for maths and sciences, all depending on what course of study you chose your freshman year.

Me: Probably should take Pre-calc for the easy A and for the foundation.

Me: It's out of the IB category, though, so I can't since I'm going for the IB diploma. The maths for IB are regular studies, Standard Level Studies, and Higher Level Studies. The others, like Trig and Pre-Calc, don't count as IB credits. It's a weird system.
