Hello All, I am the author of '30 Days of Daal', an ebook with daal recipes from India. In my book, I shatter the myth that Indian cooking is complex or needs a ton of ingredients. All recipes in my book are vegetarian, and many are vegan. Those that are not vegan can generally be made vegan by simple substitutions.
