Tiffany (Dawkins) Dawkins (tiffanydawkins) | 44 comments Everyone shouldn't like the same things, diversity is what makes a good debate!

I do Love the Twilight saga, each and every book, but I am a sucker for a good love story..Happily ever afters!!

The bond between Edward and Bella, is what some might call Love at first sight.. and others Fatal attraction!

Hey can we not all get along with our own diverse opinions!

message 452: by ♥Jenny♥ (new)

♥Jenny♥ Yeah, you're right, because I disagree with you with what you just said. The Twilight Saga was okay, and love storys alright. And the way that the Twilight Saga ended got on my nerves.

I think that Edward and Bella make a good couple because they're both equally annoying and their relationship is downright boring.

Hey can we not all get along with our own diverse opinions!
You got that right.

Tiffany (Dawkins) Dawkins (tiffanydawkins) | 44 comments What did you like about the books?

message 454: by ♥Jenny♥ (new)

♥Jenny♥ Jacob : )

message 455: by Tiffany (Dawkins) (new)

Tiffany (Dawkins) Dawkins (tiffanydawkins) | 44 comments The character or the actor?

message 456: by ♥Jenny♥ (new)

♥Jenny♥ The character. I like Taylor too. TEAM JACOB!!!!

message 457: by Tiffany (Dawkins) (new)

Tiffany (Dawkins) Dawkins (tiffanydawkins) | 44 comments Jacob is awesome, I mean he is just as important to the story as Edward and Bella. I don't really have a favorite character though, I think they are all important in their roles, in the book and I think that the entire cast fit into their characters profile perfectly. And I know not everyone thinks that way as I have read on here!

T-hunter | 15 comments Youtube is full of Twilight fans that actyally deserve title of "twitard"
(im not saying that all twilight fans on youtube are "Twitards")
Seriously "fans" are even going far as using False DMCA claims and Votebots

Tiffany (Dawkins) Dawkins (tiffanydawkins) | 44 comments What is DMCA claims and Votebots?

BTW: Spell Check!

T-hunter | 15 comments Tiffany (Dawkins) wrote: "What is DMCA claims and Votebots?

Votebots create hundreds of youytube accounts that flag or one star vote your videos in order to get you Suspendet

DMCA stands for Digital Millennium Copyright Act
False DMCA claim is when som Fucker Pulls Random Company from his ass and Reports youtube that video has copyrighted material in it

Get three of those and you get your self suspendet

BTW:Welcome to Intarwebz where ppl came from countries where English isnt offical langunace so if you expect everyone to have ph.d in Grammar you shuld leave the interwebz

Tiffany (Dawkins) Dawkins (tiffanydawkins) | 44 comments The computer does all the work, though. So really no excuses, when you see that one of your words are underlined... just right click and all is well!

No biggie!

Tiffany (Dawkins) Dawkins (tiffanydawkins) | 44 comments Btw.. where are you from? Just curious!

T-hunter | 15 comments Finland: Offical langunaces Finnish, Swedish and Sami
There arent red or green under liners in my browser
What browser are you using?

message 464: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah...There are no under liners in mine either, Tiffany. GoodReads doesn't do that, it's your computer probably checking our mistakes. You might want to turn that off, I've never heard of anyone having that. And you probably wouldn't want to correct anyone you don't know, they might think you're a stickler for it.

message 465: by Tiffany (Dawkins) (new)

Tiffany (Dawkins) Dawkins (tiffanydawkins) | 44 comments I am a stickler for it! I can not help my self, it doesn't underline what is already written its in the comment box as you write.

Its not a big deal in here but when you email someone for something professional it might help.

I am just trying to be helpful to you, if you'd like to be taken seriously its always better to try to get things done correctly.

If you would like to know how to turn it on or off...right click in your comment box as you are writing.

One more question, please. If you do not speak or write in English (i don't know if you do or not but you are in English here so) How am I reading what you are writing at all does your computer convert it automatically?

message 466: by [deleted user] (new)

Tiffany (Dawkins) wrote: "underline what is already written its in the comment box as you write."

Tiffany, we don't get that "underline", anywhere. That is not something that GoodReads has (Maybe you are confusing this with another forum?). It's something you (and you only) have on your computer. When we type something in the comment box we don't get the "underline". Therefore, it was impossible for T-hunter to know that he misspelled until you mentioned it.

Tiffany (Dawkins) wrote: "if you'd like to be taken seriously its always better to try to get things done correctly."

He probably didn't even know he did anything wrong until you mentioned it. It's not something he could have helped. Like I said, you are the only person I have ever heard of, that has had spell check for their comments. We don't have that feature.

Tiffany (Dawkins) wrote: "If you do not speak or write in English (i don't know if you do or not but you are in English here so) How am I reading what you are writing at all"

T-hunter has told me that he can, indeed, speak and write in English. He just isn't entirely fluent . Therefore, unable to speak in formalities, and correct grammar most of the time.

If you are a stickler for correction, this group might nerve wreck you. As a matter of fact, this entire website might make you pull your hair out. You'll be hard pressed to meet anyone that hasn't misspelled a few (million) things in forums.

I have Firefox too
Looks like you are using an add-on
like this one https://addons.mozilla.org/fi/firefox...

message 470: by [deleted user] (new)

I wish I had an add-on, I do spell check my larger comments, but not my smaller tidbits. Automatic spell check would make all my comments pristine. :)

message 471: by [deleted user] (new)

Thank you guys for agreeing with me. Love you all!

message 475: by Madeline (new)

Madeline (madelinemoghimi) you are are really annoying to me. you think just because people dont like/hate twilight that they have never read it. thats not true. THEY MAY NOT LIKE IT BECAUSE THEY TRULY DIDNT LIKE THE BOOK!!! none have you even thought of that did you??? you are all just over-obsessed. when did YOU start liking it. after the movie came out? i bet you did. i dont like any of you. i like twilight but im sick of it because of people LIKE YOU!!!!

message 476: by [deleted user] (new)

Who Melzz?
No there is people that haven't read it don't like it because they are stubborn.
What are you mad about exactly?
Us joining a group so we can have a good time and discuss a book we really like?
Personally I have liked the books from the time I first read Twilight.
Your opinions and unappealing attitude aren't so great either.
You know what honestly I have a problem with people like you because YOU are being ignorant rude, and mean.
If we're all so over obsessed leave the group and btw don't let the door hit you in the ass.

message 477: by [deleted user] (new)

Amber, let me handle this.

message 478: by [deleted user] (new)

Madelyn wrote:"none have you even thought of that did you???"

Actually, I did think of that. See, you are commenting on a long dormant thread. The first posts were from last year. As you can imagine. Things change. And I know for a fact that most of the people in the beginning of this thread are no longer participants in this group. As you say you dislike us all, and are assuming that those thoughts have never occurred to us, you are generalizing quite a large population of people.

Madelyn wrote: "you are all just over-obsessed. when did YOU start liking it. after the movie came out? i bet you did."

You just restated that "all" of us are over obsessed. Again, I would say that you are lumping together millions of different individuals, based on the comments of a few people. Also, most of the people did not hear about the books until after the movie came out. Does that make them any less of a fan, if they weren't in the know, like you were? I didn't think so. You again lump people together. You seem to be implying that people only read it because of it's status. Which is true for some, but definitely not for all.

Unlike Amber, I would not mind you continuing to stay in this group. But stating blatant dislike, and demonstrating so many prejudices is not very respectful on your part, I'm sorry to say. I think it could be categorized as trolling. If you wish to continue in this group (and possibly having some very intriguing conversations along the way) I ask that you would show some respect for others. As I said. Those posts were from one year ago. And you have flamed current members who have nothing to do with your directed rage. People enjoy being in this group, and they enjoy meeting many different people. It would be sad to think that you would be missing out. So I invite you to stay. If you accept, please be more polite. Thank you.

message 479: by [deleted user] (new)

Melzz that was very well stated thank you
I am not asking you to quit this group but if you are going to stay here and treat us like crap and do your little I know all of you are the same you won't enjoy this group nearly as much as I do.
Please just don't ruin this for me and my friends

message 480: by [deleted user] (new)

This is not the first time distaste was displayed, I'm happy to say that we have some thick skin. :)

Everytime this happens we just carry on. :)

message 481: by [deleted user] (new)

It shouldn't happen I really don't care but you don't have to try to ruin everyones fun!

message 482: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm really sick of it too. It makes me tired. And looking back on some of the posts just makes me sad.

message 483: by [deleted user] (new)

It's sad.
I recently (as in like 5 minuets ago) joined a haters group so I could mingle with them and chat with.

Amber. Honestly, I don't think that's a good idea. If you insult them in any way, or they take offense, they will come right back here to leave ten more of these comments. Don't touch the pan if you don't want to get burned.

Ya know what...unlike Melzz I could care less!!! If you don't like any of us then why the hell are you in OUR group??? People like you who put all Twilight lovers and just people who like Twilight into one lame stereotypical group make me sick!! We like OUR group and what we have to say...if you don't then "DON"T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU ON THE WAY OUT!!!!"

message 488: by [deleted user] (new)

If Anti's come in here and flame, and disrespect, they may not be able to expect respect back. It's bad to come in guns blazing. :/
