Thinks and your right about reading ,

Thanks Jane. Sure I'll check it.

Hi Moni! (And what Jane said about your name.) I hope to see you around the group too!

I am from Germany and enjoy romance and thrillers most.

Also the new quarterly challenge starts on the 15th. It's always great fun.
I'm on my phone so can't put links in. But go check out the monthly and quarterly challenge folders. If nothing else you may find some new book ideas in the pages :D

Welcome to the gorup Christina! Good luck with your challenge - at the worst, you will have read some great books - no downside ;)

A

I have an embarrassing amount of books (paper and ebook) that I haven't read yet, so my goal (sort of) this year is not to buy any more books. At least not anything new (paper) or only if it's really cheap (ebook).
Mainly I read mystery, romance and YA with a bit of fantasy thrown in here and there. I am looking forward to seeing what you all are reading, though I have a feeling that will not play well to my "no buying books" idea!

Welcome to the group Marie! I can see you falling into the trap that a lot of us set for ourselves ~ shiny new books that must be bought... if only we had the time to read them!! Good luck plowing through your piles ;)

Welcome to the group Gayle!! Another Aussie - nice to swell the numbers a bit :D

Welcome, Marie. Unfortunately, I'm afraid that we're all enablers here and will ultimately encourage you to buy more books, not less! But we're all in the same boat, so nor worries. Have fun browsing through the group. We're glad you're here.

You're come to the right place, Gayle, since we're all addicts as well. You'll find lots of options for reading and challenging yourself around here, so have fun checking out the group.

I also dabble in writing, though nothing's been published yet and I love to scrapbook and paint. I also coach my son's soccer team and love teaching my kids to love reading. Here's a success, my daughter's favorite board book is my coveted P&P BabyLit primer! Love it!
I joined because I find I'm the only one of my reading friends who loves romance and I need people to chatter with about these books!! I love to recommend books I've loved, but don't have much of a chance to do that currently since no one I know reads romance.
Thanks for this group and I'm excited to hopefully find a book-loving home!

Melanie, I'm sure you will get lots of suggestions, just look at some of the discussions or challenges. I always find too many books to read for myself!
Sonja, you sound crazy busy - glad you find time to read! We all love to discuss our books and we love romance, you will feel right at home!

Welcome Melanie!! I'm sure some of our members will have a heap of suggestions, but I have to admit ignorance on these two series ;) Jump in on any of the challenges and check out what our members are reading - there are bound to be some like-minded enthusiasts!

Welcome Sonja ~ This is quite a common comment in this group. You are not alone in having no other ppl around you who read (or admit to reading ;) romance. This is certainly the case for me ~ in fact most of my family frown upon it. ...Fortunately we have a heap of members here ready to chat about anything romance :D Go forth and explore!
