Will or Jace?
i like them both :) no team...
They are in the same blood line lol but will is just much better at being the sexy bad boy, Jace is letting the team down. LolCant wait to read clockwork prince

how can you say Will dosent show how he feels, Jace acts conserned for the saftey of the secret of the shadowhunters, and just like Will, they built walls that get weaker and weaker. in clockwork angle when he thinks that Tessa is dead he freaks and trys to kill the master. and you can see how it says that he trys to buld the wall back up again but hes having truble. i love Jace, but if you think about it Ms.Clare is making a Jace, just in the late times. and there both very a like, i think that as we go into the next book we'll find will getting jelouse of the relationship formingwith Tessa and Jem. and if he didint have a way of showing feelings for her, then why would he write a love letter to her.

I meant to say that from the beginning, Jace tells Clary that as much as he wants to, they can't be together.
While Will tells her he feels nothing for her and keeps acting like a manwhore.
I'm not talking of when Tessa dies. I know how he let all his walls down and was just desperate.
I'm talking about his behavior towards her..

well. arent most guys like that they try not to show how much they like you. and they act off towroued you, and even though some are better than others try to hide there feelings for you, so i think that means that Will dose like her (tessa). but i gess your right he can be somewhat of a manwhore.

Well, at the end of City of Glass, I would have said Jace 100% but since COFA I can't help but think Jace became kind of... hurm... soft. I'm sorry to admit that, to me, he's lost his bad-boy edge and his sarcastic touch. So because of that, I have to go with Will. Cause Will's. just. awesome.

yes definetly! we can't have him like he is now but since the ending of CoFA i think he wont be himself at all

How he'd never been able to love anybody, and then he has to feel guilty for finally feeling all those things. Everything about him is so confusing and you have to dig to find him, and he's just hidden all his life. And when his "true self" was revealed as Valentine's son, people grew weary of him, even if they'd known him all their lives, like Maryse Lightwood. He's just a tragic character, and his story just gets to me every time.
Will, on the other hand, seemed like every other bad boy to ever be written. I didn't feel as sorry for him, or want him to conquer things as much as Jace.
Will. He's the bad boy type I love.

i think that people love Jace so much because we know him better from 4 books of info, i think as we get to know Will better well get a bigger love and feeling for him. dont you agree.?
That's true. I personnally don't believe we know Will's character enough to be able to make that call. Yet. But FOR NOW! I truly like Will the best. Maybe my opinion will change once all the TMIs and TIDs come out. We'll see...

I always felt that immediate connection to Jace, which I think is due to the scene with him and Clary in the hallway of the Institute; after Alec was attacked and Jace leans his forehead against Clary's and says, 'What's happening to me?'That was my "Jace" moment, where I understood him. I haven't had that "Will" moment yet.

I like Jace. I am not a huge fan of Will only because I am desperately in love with Jem.

I think Will is hidding something beneath his cockyness and arrogant character (Well, it's obvious isn't it?)... Something we'll learn about in the books to follow. I'm sure Will has many layers we still have not uncovered wich is why I think I might prefer him right now. He's new and mysterious.Of course, I still love Jace, he's the classic guy! But I found that his personnality lost it's edge in CoFA... I can only hope we'll see more of his old self in City of lost souls and City of heavenly fire!

Definitely jace they both seem like jerks but jace is way nicer than will.
I have to say that I agree that Jace and Will to me so far are close to the same characters just different eras I personally like Jace better then Will I think this is only because I have "been through" more with him in the series the heartache the desperation the struggles I dont feel like I know Will at all yet the only thing he really shows emotion wise is that hes a pretty big ass with a his brief glimpses of a decent guy
I would pick Jace over Will but I would also pick Jem over any of them!

I've finally understood what I like better in Will.
When Jace meets Clary, he behaves differently from usual.
He's protective, tells her to stay away from him, but he himself can't stay away from her.
He adopts this caring way of treating her.
Will, on the other side, still acts like a manwhore, he's still the bad-boy no one wants to have to deal with.
The difference between Jace and Will is that Jace cares for the others and shows it, while Will does not.
And who do I go for? The bad-boy, of course.
