No more bomb scare drills at school giving my friends nightmares.

I can not imagine a chess match with the enthusiasm of the Bobby Fischer vs. Boris Spassky match in 1972 happening again.
The Olympics have become a sport of doldrums, creating not a lot of interest.
Presidential speeches have less effect. No More “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!” speeches.
