Me: Well. My family and I certainly are never doing THAT again.Illi: That was a bit of a letdown.
Me: We drove an hour out to cut down a tree, 'cause there's a certain type of tree that's an invasive species and it's healthy to cut down on the numbers, blah,blah,blah. Anyway, we got the tree, which is more like a tall bush, and we had it tied to the top of our van with my aunt and grandma's tree. Not five minutes on the way home the tree started falling off and so we had to stop for, like, half an hour to re-attach it. Did I mention it was raining the entire time?Then we got home and everyone did whatever. THEN we unloaded the trees out of my dad's truck, where they had been put for a while, and brought them into the garage. For, like, half an hour after that we were trying to get it into the tree stand so it wouldn't fall over.
And it still looks like an overgrown shrub.
By far the most exasperating tree we've ever had to deal with. And it's not even in the house yet!!

Me: HOPE! I missed you! I had a bat mitzvah and soccer tryouts, so I wasn't on for most of the day. But I would love to try that RP. :(
