I have a bit of a question. I mentioned that I've been working on a Charrie. He's not quite finished yet, but since I started someone else posted a character with a power similar to his. I'm going to type out what I have so far, including the power/weakness description I had for him, and I would like your opinion about whether or not it's distinct enough from technopath to be permissible. I'll put it on the character sheet, but he's not final yet, due to the uncertainty about whether his power would be unique enough to pass.
