Okay so there was this guy I had a crush on when I was little that I totally forgot about until like, October when he started bugging me with my ex boyfriend. After we broke up, him and I started to get along and mayb flirt then I heard from somewhere that the kid had deleted all of his contacts in his phone and so I gave him my number and then we started talking which led to meeting up in the hallways during classes to um, hang out and stuff. XD We had to keep our relationship sort of secret because he was a senior who was three years older than me and not even my friends really accepted it. Things were going fine until rumors started spreading around that we were dating, so we stopped meeting in the hallways but we kept talking and he admitted that he missed being in a relationship with me but by then he'd turned eighteen so I didn't really want him getting into trouble with me, so our relationship was sort of put on hold. We hit some more bumps, but we're fine until a teacher that saw us just talking and hanging out together whenever he came to visit the teacher's classes went down to the office at our school claiming that this guy was trying to date me so I'd have sex with him. :/ He for this idea because a friend and I got into a debate about whether a relationship between an older guy and a younger girl is mainly sexual because we'd heard a senior was dating a seventh grader. My idiot friend asked the teacher what he thought about it while I panicked because I didn't think it was appropriate to ask a teacher such a thing. Obviously the boy got upset about it, and I guess from what I've heard from some friends the teacher told the guy I liked some things that I told the teacher the boy did and said horrible things to me, which I never did. I don't even know what it is exactly what I did but the teacher obviously didn't want the boy and I friends any longer (The boy was working on the teacher's truck for school so they were pretty close) and it worked. He won't talk to me that much anymore and I'm too scared to text him just yet and try to work it out.

So yeah. That's my newest relationship crisis. XD

I've had more than my fair shake of crushes. The longest lasting one started in 4th grade. The girl was named Paula and we had choir together. I memorized music really fast so I loaned her my copy whenever she lost hers. We started talking and hanging out in 5th grade. It was nice, never told her I had a crush on her because I never needed to. Then someone fucked everything up by spreading a rumor that I liked her. She asked and I said yes. She told me that she had a boyfriend and stopped talking to me. She didn't have a boyfriend.

That interaction screwed me up really badly. I stopped talking to girls for the most part, and whenever I did for more than a few minutes I'd develop a crush on them. Ive only recently begun to figure this out and I'm doing my best to fix it, but I can't. I try to hang out with girls and I always end up falling for them. Even if I suppress it, part of me still has the crush. And it isn't like one supersedes the other or that I Stop if I learn they have a boyfriend. It sucks. Heavily. Hell, you /would/ treat me different if I kept talking about it.

Me: I'm not even sure if it's all hormones. Probably partly, but it feels like a psychological issue more than a phisogical one.

Let me put it this way: within the 2 days I knew Ivi in person, I got a crush on her. Took 2 weeks to shake. Part of me worries that it'll happen again in 3 days.

Me: Well I used to have a similar problem. Still do. It really takes me a while to get over a guy. Hence the little rant above. ^_^

But as I get older, I outgrow it a little more each time. Maybe you're misreading yourself? Maybe instead of crushing on them, you're truly just enjoying them as a friend?
