Hello my name is doctor rachael and i would just like to say that obesety isn't something to be ashamed of these days, a lot of people are obese. The only issue is that when you are obese, you have to admit it. That is the first step to get over your issues. Larry the fat, not squishy, pregnant lunch box needs to understand that. He needs to embrase his fat.

Larry i took you into my doctors office this morning and i would just like to tell you that you clocked in weighing 783 pounds. That is not good at all Larry. I know you probably like being fat, but that is no way to live a good, healthy life.

I am going to tell you this Larry with the most happiness as i can, YOU ARE FAT AND YOU NEED TO LOOSE SOME WEIGHT. Don't you ever dream about wearing a bikini or doing the hulu on a hawian island. If you do have these dreams which i know you do, then you need to loose some weight. Unless you want to see kids start running away from you screaming

See Larry being fat is nothing to be ashamed of, all you have to do is excersize and get your wieght back to the normal lunch box weight which is 70 pounds. I know it seems like a lot, but it really isn't, what am i saying thats a lot of weight to loose, but you can do it by excersizing.

You can do push-ups, sit ups, chin ups, ect. you can do so much stuff to help your fat issue. But don't worry, don't fret, i will help you all the way, I'll be the one waving the donut at the end of the treadmill so that i know you will run your little heart out
