Is Tangled Truth and Second Chance the same book?

These two books seem to be the same book to me with different covers and titles. Same author same blurb same content.

I can't find anything definitive. Both are shown on the author's web site, but there's no info given on the second one. They certainly appear to be the same. At a guess, TT is an ebook only version of SC. It's not on WorldCat.

Looking at her site I don't believe so. Probably somebody added the wrong blurb on Amazon or the publisher site.

The preview on Amazon seems to show the same basic story content, although has different setting out, excerpt and so forth.

Some books of hers also seem to be series, but it is all very confusing.

I have read Second Chance and I went to Amazon and downloaded the sample of Tangled Truth which is the first 3 chapters. They are exactly the same, with the only difference being Tangled Truth has an excerpt at the beginning and a dedication to her parents.
