How do I add a new title to my Author Dashboard?

Yes, The book is listed on Goodreads. I can't figure out how to put it on my dashboard. I put my first one up when I joined Goodreads, now I can't figure out how to do this one.
Books only show up on your profile (and dashboard) if the author matches exactly. Those were listed as Mary J. Nickum, instead of Mary Jo Nickum. I merged that profile into yours, and the two editions of that work should now show up (as a single work) for you.
Super. Yes, I thought the name thing might be the problem. I tried to change that, but, obviously, it didn't work. Thanks so much. It looks great now!
I seem to be having the same problem. I thought I combined my editions, but my latest book, Chain of Souls is still not showing up on the dashboard.
I suspect it might have something to do with the fact that this time I included the name of the editor in the Kindle edition.
The ASIN is B005XBDI0K
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!
Maria

I think it has to do with the name you added, but I don't know how to fix it. "rivka" fixed mine.Mary
All looks fine to me, I can see 2 editions on your author profile, the kindle and ebook versions. They are combined correctly.I removed the fake ISBN 10 from the ebook edition as that prevents the BNID from working correctly which is stored in the ISBN13 field.
There may be a caching delay on the author dashboard

Thanks, Paula. Much appreciated!

I'm an author of over twenty novels, all of which appear on Amazon - and only two on my Goodreads dashboard! I'm the sole author; so, there's no conflict of names, as with the authors above. Any suggestions how I might get all my titles listed on my dashboard?
A.A., there were two profiles out there for you, because of inconsistent naming. I merged the profiles (which moved all the books to the profile you claimed, and thus to your dashboard (there may be a 24-48 caching delay)), and fixed the spacing. GR puts no spaces between initials in author names.
Thank you! Your patience and know-how resolved the problem, taught me something - and brightens my way!
Seeing A.A.'s thread reminded me to check my dashboard again. Paula was kind enough to remove the bogus ISBN from Chain of Souls (ASIN B005XBDI0K) but it still doesn't come up as the latest book on my dashboard.
Is there another step involved? I have to admit, I never paid attention before because the latest book always showed up there by itself.
Thanks for any help.

A.A., happy to help.Maria, I'm not sure I understand your question. Chain of Souls has two editions listed on GR: The Kindle edition (with ASIN B005XBDI0K) and the Nook/ebook edition.
I believe books on the author dashboard, like on the author profile, are in order of most popular first, not chronological.
Hi Rivka,
So you're saying we can't place a specific cover on the dashboard?
It just seemed each cover took a turn on the dashboard as it released--sometimes even before it got reviews. But I had trouble with Chain of Souls because Kindle and B&N treated it differently. (I'm still having trouble with B&N.)
Oh well. Guess it has to stay with the old cover.
Thanks for taking a look, Rivka.

The cover is right. But B&N got the publisher wrong (still not right on their web site) and the Kindle version lists the editor while B&N doesn't.
I was hoping once the editions were merged it would be enough to put the cover on the dashboard.

Its not "policy" per say rather its the way the code currently works, there is talk of change but no dates
Aabra wrote: "Thanks, Paula, for the speedy response. If you're thinking about changing computer codes how about changing it so we, the writers, could upload whatever book cover and blurb we'd like to feature o..."Keep in mind that nobody can see your author dashboard but you, so it won't make a difference which edition is on your dashboard. The edition on your profile is the most popular edition, and our reasoning behind this is that it's likely to be the edition most readers are looking for (and when that ceases to be the case, the new most popular edition should take its place).
Pura, those are all showing up on your author profile page, so they should show up on your dashboard soon, if they aren't already.
Could you please add Carnival World to my Author Dashboard http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/18...And could you please remove Fem Fangs http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/94...?
I have a similar problem. I both write and illustrate; and I co-write with another author. In three cases books I've help create are on Goodreads, but do not credit me, so I can't link them to my dashboard. One of the books I co-wrote/co-illustrated does not credit me as second author on Goodreads. (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/53...)
Two of the books that I illustrated also do not have a listing for me on Goodreads (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/19... and http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/10...)
If someone could kindly let me know what I need to do, I'd be grateful.
There's a further book that I created, but somehow it did not connect to my dashboard, but another Peter Cook. That would be this one: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/18...
Thanks!
I would also love to get a few of my titles connected to my author dashboard, if at all possible! Those in question are:

Many thanks!!

Thank you so much for your help on this, Jaclyn!
Here is the corrected link for that first book...

Mark, blank journals are not considered books on Goodreads, and are marked as such (and not attributed to an author) when found by our volunteer Goodreads Librarians (or staff).
I'm just getting started on Goodreads but find some of my titles are not listed. For example, National Geographic Traveler Vietnam, ISBN978-8854417106. The book is credited to James Sullivan but on the Amazon page (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/885...), you can see my involvement. How can I add this book to my titles?
