Christine Borders I just finished Glass House, If felt like I read forever before the book got interesting. What do you think?

Xdyj I read it quite a while ago and I also had this feeling.

Sakina (Y.L.) Angel I found the plot and the writing to be such a disappointment that I don't care about the cliffhanger at the end.

Grace Hewstone Usually when I read a book i'll read the first couple of pages and put it down agai in sheer bordem. (even if the book seems interesting to me) This book I read and read and read not wanting to turn my eyes away from each page. This is rare for me. You all seem to have your own opinions but I love it. I suppose being 20 helps. :)

chinami I finished it just to get over with the series. Totally Boring!!!

Brenda Gonzalez Yeah the first wasnt that good....but the rest were awesome! I love the series but i love Myrnin more! Myrnin is the best and one of the reasons i keep reading the books.... But thats just me i guess

nightlyreadingheather I agree, the first was just a set up for the series. I love the series though and cannot get enough of shane...swoon!

Valerie I agree, it was hard for me to read.

Sophia I adore it. Its one of my favorite series:)

Fangs for the Fantasy I had to go with the boredom problem. It took ages to go anywhere and, worse, when the plot did develop it seemed to happen randomly - like Claire deciding to go exploring in the library. Why? What? She just did. Completely randomly to try and get the plot to lurch forwards

Morgan I loved this book and I've read every book in the series since.

Sema I have read it too, it was nice and exciting. But I must say; it hasn't quite encouraged me to read the next ones.I had enough with one book. It's kind of disappointing actually :(

nightlyreadingheather @Sema-You should read the next one...I was not a big fan of the first one either, but kept going and it is one of my favorite series!

message 14: by TJ (new) - rated it 5 stars

TJ I've read this series and really liked it but I do agree at first it was slow going... but a really good series to read

☀Rachael☀ I'm glad I'm not the only one to find this a bit boring but if it gets better I might give no 2 a go!

nightlyreadingheather @Rachael-you should! Like I said, I was skeptical after the first book and was not sure if I wanted to continue, but I am sooo glad that I did!

Yvette Karns Totally agree. A bit slow but great series. I couldn't put series down. What usually takes me 2 weeks to read a book only took me 3 week to read 1st six but have not read past that. Is it still as good?

Morgan yes the other books are as good

Renee Ainslie I loved these books, I've read the first 4 of the series so far and can't wait to start #5. I recommend to all vampire fans out there to read them. Rachel Caine is brilliant! Keep'm coming....

Ticiana these books are amazing and it never stops being great even up to book 11 which i finished!!

Daisy Sloan I forced myself to finish this book. I started the next one but couldn't finish it. I've stopped with this series.

Sarah I liked this series. If you have not tried the second book, do so. I liked the fact that the author was able to come up with a new twist to so many vampire books out today. I will keep reading them as they come out.

Maggielou I read this particular book a long time ago but i can't say that i found it boring... I actually just finished the 9th book in the series 2 weeks ago. I found each book intriguing and the events that take place were interesting.

Fammy This is not boring, the first book just needs to get you in the groove, and then the next books just leaps into mysteries! No dragging scenarios and that crap, just wait to get to 'myrnin' then you're hooked.

Elena Love i really liked that book and i think the next ones are worth reading...but there are eleven or twelve books...i mean it might get boring but...when you start something you have to finish it...

Maria I love the morganville vampires series. best books in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Katie I absolutely loved this book and couldn't put it down. My mother-in-law bought me the first 10 books in the series for my birthday and I am so pleased she did - as soon as I finished one I had to start the next one straight away as they all finish on a cliffhanger!! I cannot wait for the next one and am really excited that Rachel Caine has been commissioned to write at least another three books in this series!!
