I am reading P.A Minyard's
The beloved and really liking it. It is not written like a regular novel. It's almost written like a movie. It's like watching a movie in my head. A refreshing change!!

Chrysoula wrote: "Huh. That Nalini Signh series sounds interesting!"Yeah. Nalini Singh's a great author. I like her books, but beware, THIS IS NOT A YA SERIES. :D
Lady Danielle "The Book Huntress" wrote: "Marie, I need to get caught up on that series. I've only read Angels' Blood so far."You should read the next 3 books after Angels' Blood (Archangel's Kiss, Archangel's Consort and Archangel's Blade). It's really, really good! :))
I finished An Agreement with Hell and it definitely has some angel elements. It's not as accessible a book as some that I've read, but it was pretty good.Marie, I plan to read the whole guild hunter series. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.
Amy wrote: "Torn because it wasn't what you expected?"Torn as in a 3 or a 4 star book. I found the book to be a little weird in places, but found the story enjoyable for the most part. I decided to give the book a 3 stars only because it took me some time to get into the book.
read
its really good/apocalyptic aftr the rapture abouth a half demon 18 yr old and gabriel is in as wwellya
Just released my new novel. Watcher angels, an ancient succubus and a controversial view of after life.
Yes the premise of this series is basically the people are fallen angels which makes them vampires. LOL. So they are actually both.

I'm reading
right now. Not quite angels, but the guys in these books have a warrior angel vibe going on.
I have written a novel based upon an angel who is sent to earth to guide a young man as he deals with his troubled life. They end up getting closer than they should and some of you might enjoy this. You can get it on the kindle at http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fallen-From-G... or check out my website at www.mwrowe.com
Angellfall is brilliant - a must read! I have just finished
the 2nd book in the Unearthly series by Cynthia Hand - it is brilliant, even better than Unearthly itself - again another one to definitely add to your BTR list!
I'm reading Angelfall, haven't gotten too far but I love it so far! It's very unique, the setting is a post-apocalyptic would where angels have killed and destroyed almost everything.
I just finished reading Fallen in Love by Lauren Kate. It's book 3.5 in the Fallen series. Four short stories about the angels and their past.
I read a few Angel books in over the past couple of months.
a slightly different twist on angels. They are called Guardians and what humans consider to be angels.
I loved that book as well. Creepy but such a good story.Another one I recently read was
which was awesome!
Lady Danielle aka The Book Huntress wrote: "Looking forward to reading The Space Between!"I almost gave the book 3 stars, but what stopped me was because I loved how the author ended the story so I bumped it up to 4 stars.

I also have this book on my desk waiting to be read from my library. Hopefully, I'll read it soon!
I have read
,
and recently read an arc of
and have to say I loved each book more than the last. They are well written, descriptions of the scenery etc are so good you can visualise the scenes easily. Beyond is released on Sept 12th 2012. If you haven't already read this series, then I would recommend it to you, its YA, Angels at its best!
Thank you Sandra for posting these books. I've been looking for something new to read. These def sound like really good books.
I'm going to read
. I really enjoyed the first, but I wish they released here in the US faster. The third one is already out in the UK. :(
I just finished reading a book on my Kindle called "Angel of Death." It's apparently the first part in a trilogy about a Reaper and the Angel of Death. It was awesome, I loved it. If you're after a book about angels and the grim reaper, don't go past this.

However, this was only complaint. The story was fresh, and I had a contended, satisfied feeling after reading the book. I enjoyed the characters, though some of the language choices migh've been unlikely for the age. I gave it 4 stars and will purchase the sequl.
