The Captive Part II / The Power question

I was VERY angry. I love Nick. He's much sweeter and kinder. Adam is such a pussy—excuse my language. He just goes along with everything. He's irritating. They forced them together when Nick actually loved her. It seemed like Adam just liked her because of the cord. I hated how she screwed Diana over to get Adam. It was stupid.
All in all, team Nick.

I like both but I loved the chemistry of Nick and Cassie. I wish they ended up together.

I'm really late for this discussion, but I'm rereading the first three books and my heart is aching all over again because Nick and Cassie belong together. They're just good for each other, I'm sorry. I haven't read the most recent three books in the series, but someone please tell that the new author fixes this gross error.

I felt the book didn't really describe the relationship with Nick and Cassie. So why should they even be together at all. They went to the prom together or some kind of event.
Even though Diane and Adam was a perfect match, but I like the twist that this unknown girl came to the town and found out that she and Adam has a magical connection.

you shouldn't start a love war between cassie and adam and nick and diana. but in my opinion adam still loves diana why should they be together if he still loves her?

I'll go for Cassie and Adam. They look good together.

Sorry, I read this so long ago. Adam's the one she met on the beach right? Where she hid him on a boat or something? Because I liked him.

The TV series was not a success simply because they did not follow the books. That is what I think anyway.

I love Cassie and Adam together, but I am always wondering how Nick and Cassie's relationship would've gone... i feel like there wasn't enough time spent developing the connection between Nick and Cassie

Nick she made a big blunder by forcing Cassie and Adam together..the man doesn't even stand up for her most of the time but nick had her back every time..Nick and Cassie have a lot in common.

I liked Jake but if Nick didn't die then Cassie and Nick based my opinion from the Show.... The book Cassie and Adam were soulmates!

I wished that Cassie would have ended up with Nick. He was so protective of her, and didn't ask anything out of her. He just liked Cassie for who she was.

Ok .. I'm officially confused. Didn't Nick die in the TV Series?? And Cassie is interested in his brother, right?? Which I don't remember his name (witch hunter). I like him better than Adam. Liked Adam's personality in the book better but definitely a Nick fan.

I liked her with nick more - he actually tried to and the others didn't have to make them be together, which is what it felt like in the end with cassie and adam :L
But the tv series has totally messed it up and they're ALL jerks now :(

She belongs with Nick.... L.J. Smith needs to rearrange her couples.... Plus, Adam and Cassie were kinda forced together in the books.

I liked both of them but I hate how in the show there are only like 6 of them. The circle is supposed to be 12 people not six! And they don't even have the Henderson brothers! I LOVE the Henderson brothers! They are so freaking funny! :)

I think if there was no supernatural elements she would've ended up with Nick. Her and Adam had a deep love but it was just because of the cord between them, which is also why Diana was so chill about them being together. But regardless, I liked Cassie and Adam...
