Wrong language for book description

A Storm of Swords, in what appears to be a US mass market paperback edition, here: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/10... has its description in German.

I fixed it by pasting a description from one of its fellow English editions.

Just a quick question, if someone makes something the default description, will that overwrite all other descriptions of all editions, or only those that didn't have one until then?

Only ones that don't have one or are set to use the default description.
