Tahleen, I'll check your site out. And I didn’t know you are so close to graduation! When it is gonna happen ( which month)?

Yeah I've been there a few times! I'd love to go there if I end up going back to school for my Masters!

Philly pride.
Hey Rafaela! I had 3 exams, one on sociology, one politics and one psychology. The sociology and politics exams went ok, the psychology exam was not good. I was wrecked due to sleep deprivation...2 more to go..how was your exams?
Wow Tahleen, you must be excited about graduating so soon! I visited your site too, it is preeeeeeeeeety cool!

I'm graduating in December 18. Yesterday I signed a contract for the graduation party. That was enough to get me so excited!

I hate how indecisive I can be. I can never choose something as simple as what I want to do before bed. Do I want to read or watch another hour of Project Runway? ugh. I'm the worst to go out to eat with. i can never decide on anything until the last second. I'm good under pressure lol.
Is anyone else like that? Or am I just a freak? haha

Should I try for medschool? Or go for the English PhD? Will either make me happy??
I'll change every other hour or so. It's been kind of maddening.
I have an exam in a few hours. Yaay!
i had one last wk, i had no i had no idea what was on it, that what i get when i procrasinate

Gene, I am with you on procrastination. And, on the last second, under pressure (just like Jamie said) I start studying overnights. That's horrible.

I was also a terrible procrastinator until I took 20 credits and worked...that broke me of the habit really quick (except for those sunny days)

So I have a couple of random things. Does anyone else like postsecret.com? I just got obsessed with it recently!! I LOVE it!!
Number 2. This is somewhat personal and random. Anyway today was a really hard day. All over the news is everything about Columbine. That's where I went to high school and my sister was at Columbine at the time. It's just sad to think about how I could have lost my sister 10 years ago today. I don't know why it's hitting me so hard this year but it is. And even thought I hate the media...people need to remember and should never forget! Also, it's coming up on the one year anniversery of my dog passing away. It's on Tuesday. Then, also on Tuesday, is the day my grandma passed away 12 years ago. So...all in all it's a pretty tough week and it doesn't help that I have a ton of homework!! Haha. But I just needed to get all that off of my chest and just want to be sad for a couple of days. Does anyone else just ever want to feel sad? I don't feel like people should not ever be sad because sometimes we just need to be!

Today is Tuesday...I'm sorry Janet. I live thousands of miles away so I'll give you an imaginary hug! It must be really hard for you and your sister. And you're absolutely right, I think that people should feel sad sometimes. Do what ya gotta do, feel sad, cry, do whatever. And don't worry too much about the homework, it will sort itself out, these things usually do. Look after yourself, girl!
P.S. I LOVE Postsecret!

A note from the Official National Journal (the picturesque translation is mine): "Every investment in safety has been in vain front a free trade of guns. In the United States, any American on legal age who has never gone through a psychiatric institution, can buy a gun and may have done so for fear of insecurity at this time of financial crisis. " This is RIDICULOUS and makes me so, so angry!
I'm sorry Janet! And the girls are right! I totally agree with them. Just take your time... And if you need to talk more about it, we are here.

((My sister was in London, Germany, Denmark and Hawaii. She speaks about these places with great nostalgia because she felt very safe there. My dream is to live in one of those American towns that I know from the movies I watched as a kid, in which you don't have fences and can go for groceries by bike. One day, who knows?))
Saved By Grace- do you know which state is she from?
Tahllen- I read about accidents with kids "playing" with guns :(

I'm so confusing with American/British English

Rafaela- I live in a town similar to the one that you described from movies, I live near a busy street and shopping area, but it isnt dangerous. The crime rate is really low. (Unless you count traffic tickets, but thats because the cops get bored and pull you over for dumb things....) I walk to the store often and the bookstore I work at is just up the street, I ride my bike to work sometimes.

Nice you remembered that Sarah! You believe I am studying Agricultural Engineering in college and nobody mentioned it? Dude, Earth Day!!

and she brings her drunk and annoying bf to my room to sing to me and idk... make me feel awkward? I mean, I don't have a problem w/ drinking, but I don't really find his drunkness funny. Dammitt... I'm in for it ever single weekend, aren't I? Shit. shit shit shit.

haha, we kinda cheat when we go camping. We all have motor homes. :)
I am not much for camping but I am running away. In a week or so for a few days over to California. I am excited because it is somewhere I have never been this time. A friend lives in Pismo Beach and so maybe I will just waste away on the beach!

Which ones do you want to visit? I've felt the same way about NYC and DC (original, I know) :). But I always wanted to live in NYC, at least for a short period of time, just to have that experience. The living experience seems so different than what I've ever been exposed to (not that I don't like it here).
