I think a TV show would be better, since it woud be longer and they wouldn't have to leave much out! =)
rather T.V. than movie. movies never turn out the way you want them too.
neither because there are sooo many books, but if I had to pick i'd say movie...
I would kind of like it to be a TV show, but not one of those ridiculous ones in which every tiny little event which is trivial in the book is all expanded and practically takes up the whole show. Movies would just skip over a bunch of stuff and be very vague, so I would definitely go for a TV show!
i vote 4 a tv show bc u want have 2 cut out most of the stuff in the books the movie n movies take ever 2 make so TV show

TV show would be best. With several books involved, much like the "True Blood" / Sookie Stackhouse Mystery book series, a film would not do justice.

a tv show that actually sticks to the storyline. im sick of the books into tv shows that are 'loosely' based on the books. they cut people out, whole storylines and relationships. but if it was just based on the books that would be great
I'm fine with either, though I think that if it was a movie there wouldn't be as much content as the tv show and it would probably be one book per movie. I think for the amount of content in the books a tv show would work really well also...... Plus I think they could make an awesome anime out of lol ^_^

They can't do a movie. It would take way to long and you won't get the detail in the movie that would do the books justice. A tv show would be better because you are looking at years of seasons. You will have no name actors that can betray the characters alot better. And they can take the time it needs to be good. But at the same time I have only seen a few tv shows that are books. I know there is Vampire Diaries but I have neither read the books or seen the show.
They are making a movie and I agree shows would be better
I have also heard that a movie will be made. I think that movies will be better. If you have seasons on TV the actors will get older quicker. If they get new actors then their acting styles are different.
I think it would be better as a tv show because so much happens in a short time span.

I think that if it was made into a TV show they would have more time to develop the concept better and get it right. Hollywood tends to f* up every good book concept they get their hands on by making them into half-ass movies and getting directors who don't understand what the fans of the book like about it in the first place.
TV show. That way we won't have to wait to see each movie, we'll just see a new episode each week.
umm tv show only because i would have something to look forward to every week but a movie feels like it would end 2 fast

Movie... It could show much more detail and explain each book nicely instead of a show where they would have to make EVERY little thing a big deal and make some stuff up that wasnt even in the books...
I think they sould make it into a TV show. It would be a lot easier and could include more information. Movies would take too long to come out, and it just wouldn't be as fun.
Neither! Some things I feel just shouldn't be adapted! I don't want my perspective on the characters to change, or my image of the way they look.

They never get the movies right.. something is always wrong. Either the actor thats playing a certain role doesnt match how the book describes them OR they leave things out..or add stupid things. the Books are always 10 TIMES better than the movies.
i wud like it to b tv show or a movie, because that doesnt change how cool the story is ..! it'll be a great thing that it's even coming as show/movie. and its seriously gonna rock..! <3 :D
TV show definitely. A movie won't be able to portray the books. They'll just spoil it.

Okay I haven't been on here for a while. But I just got don't reading 2 books that are now television shows (Nine Lives of Chloe King and The Secret Circle) And all I have to say is that they are nothing like the books. They are still interesting to watch. If they are making The books into shows hopefully it is done decently.

I would love have it T.V Shows so they wont have cut some storys or make it short!! plus it have 12 books. so it can be like 4-6 seasons

really i wouldnt want this series to be made into a movie or tv series because they always end up ruining the books that i love the most by turning them into something you can watch because they usually ruin the male sexiness by getting not so sexy people to play them. although i do think a tv series would be best :)
it shouldn't be either because a movie would destroy the purpose of the book and a tv show would be really hard to follow and wouldn't make sense.
i would wanted to be a movie, i mean like a movie for every -say two books cuz that way you wouldn't miss any episodes and i just really like movies

movie totaly srry to the tv ppl but theyd add so much CRAP into it ud for get the actual objective of the show and it would tank in less than a year cus evry one will think its pointless and stupid and stop watching it but cummon these books were made for the big screen

I think there are too many books in the series to make into movies- it would be drawn out way too long. tv should would be best. but i don't see how this series would be able to compete with *true blood* or *vampire diaries*. just my opinion. i loved the books when they first came out..but now they are almost getting a little to juvenile for my taste- i'm 3 books behind as i've found other stuff more interesting lately.

Show. Too much going on to get it into a couple of movies. It's PG enough to make a decent CW series. They'd even be able to at least KIND OF stick to the story line, (unlike the other series' they took). The CW picked up the Rachel Morgan series and I'm kind of urked about it. It would make a great tv series, but on a network more like HBO or even Spike.
It shouldn't be either but if i had to pick a movie like harry potter but rated pg-13
