Problem editing ARC copy

I have a book I Shall Wear Midnight (Tiffany Aching, #4) (Discworld, #38) which contains edition information in the title that should be removed. However, since it is an ARC copy, its published date is earlier than the first published date, and so I can't make any changes without first modifying one of those dates. Since, as far as I can tell, the dates are correct, I am hesitant to do so.

Is there a way to handle this?

Your ARC copy date of June is fine. I changed it to that.
