ISBN 13 details don't match the book I have

I have just purchased a copy of 978-1-61523-435-6 and wanted to update my 'to read' list with the correct edition. However, the matching ISBN here on goodreads does not match the details of the book I have. The cover art should be the common yellow cover with birds and the number of pages is 451. Can this please be corrected?

Hi Julie.

Worldcat agress with you about the number of changes, so I fixed it.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to change page covers. Hopefully some of the older librarians will help with that.

Please do not change book covers

This edition on amazon.co.uk and amazon.com show this ISBN having the previous pale cover, with no previous cover changes to the edition on Goodreads. The edition was imported from Amazon

An alternative cover edition in these circumstances should be added:

That's great - just two things,

One - the description where you have added the librarian note is set as the default description there for all books with out a description will have "This is an alternative cover for ISBNxxxxxx" in it which is not correct.

Two: Your ISBN link takes you to your alternative cover version not the other version of the book

No, we normally only add the isbn to the alternative in the description since we cannot add in the isbn field

Generally it is not a hyperlink but I quite like that

So I checked it and removed the hyperlink, checked it again, returned the hyperlink, and the only thing that changed was the fact that the ISBN became regular text.
