It's probably an alternate cover for the same ISBN. They don't always make a new ISBN for new covers.

You can create a new entry with that cover but instead of putting the ISBN where it belongs, leave it blank and put a librarian note saying "alternate cover for ISBNXXXX." If you can't find it online a picture is the next best thing.
