Combined. The Smashwords ed. has an ISBN so it would just reimport if deleted. (Lots of books on GR lack covers actually.) If you know what the cover should be, someone can add it for you.
added the cover, even smashwords does not seem to have the ISBN listed that shows on its page here.http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/...
The ISBN on the smashwords one is actually the B&N ID not an ISBN... do we need a field for those just like ASIN?

Mainly to tell the difference easier, but its not a big deal as you said because it works fine otherwise.
That is unless one of these days the BNID conflicts with a real ISBN :-p

They would have two separate editions.

Could someone combine them? Or even delete the Smashwords one, I'm not sure that the purpose of it is because it's not even showing the cover!
