(it might be in the whole world or just one area...)so all the parents disapear and the bullies take overand the nerds/weaklings are left as thier "subjects". PLZ help me find the name of this book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm guessing Gone. All the folks over 15 disappear and the area is cut off from all outside interferance. It's pretty popular right now as well. And not a bad read. There is a bully or two that sort of take over for a time. As such are want to do...

There's also . Kind of the same as Gone, only the parents die instead of disappear.

There is also "The Girl Who Owned A City," by OT Nelson. In this book a killing virus sweeps the country, leaving only children under twelve. The cover is dorky but I loved the book as a kid.
