I'm fairly new at Goodreads and I love the description of your group. I love action packed stories of all kinds, in any form. I've worked the past 27 years as an information technology professional and now I'm a newly minted author. Above all, I'm the father of three and grandfather of two. It's good to meet all of you.
Later...David

Hello, Steve. We have monthly group reads and otherwise, we just discuss the A/A genre in detail or in general. We have a few author-specific folders where the authors can promote their works and interact with their readers as well. Take a few minutes to scroll through the discussion threads and dive in. We have already selected our July read, and we'll probably start choosing our August group read later this month. I am sending out event notifications to the members for that.

Hello, Adam. I deleted your self-advertising posts, since they are not in line with the group rules.

I'm Graeme, from Australia, I have a life long love of reading science fiction, fantasy, action, thrillers, suspense and some horror.
I also write urban fantasy, techno-thrillers with a side order of Vampires to go.

I've just finished reading No Easy Day by Mark Owen. I would very much like to discuss Special Forces tactics with members of this group. If there are any SWAT/Special Forces operatives in this group, could you please add me as a friend? Thanks.
Justin

I'm Gerard, and Action and Adventure has been my favourite genres to read for over fifteen years! Some of the authors I enjoy the most are Tom Clancy and Clive Cussler.

My real name is Matt, and no this isn't what my real face looks like. I'm rather new here at Goodreads, but since my interests mostly involve reading, I thought I'd become a trust reviewer.
I love all reads that get the blood pumping, so action/adventure is what I look for in a book. My main genre is sci-fi, so if a sci-fi has loads of action/adventure, then it's guaranteed to be on my favourite list.
Thanks :)

Cheers!

I am happy to join the group which is very resourceful with recommendations.
Currently i am reading with switch between other genres and clive Cussler and James Rollins.
Cheerio!

Welcome to the group Kieron! You can't go wrong with Sandstorm or Ice Station (one of my all time favorites). Anything by Rollins and Reilly are full of great action!
