john o'brien is a common name

Considering that, according to Wikipedia, the author of Leaving Las Vegas died in 1994, and Poof, a picture-book, was published in 1999, I think we've got at least two different authors.

I hope someone's up to finding out which books belong to which author and giving each of them some biographical information!

Update: Still 70 works on John^O'Brien, but I need to take a break, lol. If anyone else wants to work on it, what I've done so far is below. But if not, I'll come back to it tomorrow. :)



John^^O'Brien is the author of Leaving Las Vegas and 3 novels published posthumously.

I started to separate out John^^^O'Brien the illustrator and author of Poof. But there are a lot of books with several editions that he is credited on, and because he isn't the primary author there was no easy way to disambiguate him from the main list.

They're attributed to him as well, Illustrator was just the best descriptor I could find for him, lol. "Children's Book Author and Illustrator" would probably be better though, huh? I'll change it. :P
