Something Old, Something New - Romance Challenge

Time Frame: August 15 – September 12

Rules: Choose 4 Romance books according to the following guidelines :

Something old
Something new
Something borrowed
Something blue

How you choose to interpret the guidelines is up to you just be sure to write in how the book you’re using fulfills the guideline! Rate the book (♥) and fill in the date it was completed!

Bonus:
*Double up the amount of books for each for a total of 8 books.
*Choose books from one Romance subgenre for each one.
*Choose all Susan Mallery books for each one.

Carolyn, I'll be curious to see what you thought about that book! I love Victoria Dahl, and I like the book, but the Hero had some major mental issues! It was kind of funny, but a lot of people didn't like it. Have you read anything else by her?

This is the first book I'm reading by her.

Since you mentioned "Hero" what category does Max fall under? Killing 2 birds w/ 1 stone possibly?

Yikes...is there a slightly neurotic hero!lol I'm going to say Brooding would be the best bet, and maybe Nerd, but that might be a bit of a stretch. Other than that I don't remember enough details! I hope you like it, but if you don't you still give V. Dahl another chance! She is great...I just read the first book in her new series and I loved it! And her tumble Creek series is fantastic! She also has some really good Historical Romance☺

Okay, I decided to change my last book yet again (couldn't really get into it) because I just want to be able to finish this challenge. IDK, is changing in the middle (or end in this case) of a challenge all right?
