I also have a free short story on smashwords called Recidivist. I wrote it 20 years ago and recently rediscovered it, so I thought I'd update it and share it with the world.

I came up with the plot while living on a council estate in the north of England, the kind of place where young tearaways plagued the entire area. With their IQs being comparable to a glass of water I thought they might fall for this idea...
