Is there any way I can Search only for 5 star reads?

I was just shopping around for some new HPs for my Kindle and I keep having to find a book out there then coming back to GR and checking to see how it's rated and read a review or two.

I got to thinking it would be easier to do it the other way. Pick out some high rated books that seem interesting here then go search for them.

Is there anywhere where they are sorted by rating? Or is there a way I can do it? Maybe there's a really simple way and I just don't know it.
