I was at Gencon today and a book was brought up in the Make Em Squirm seminar. One of the guys was talking about a book where a boy looks out his bedroom window and sees this monster standing by a radio tower off in the distance. Eventually the boy goes to the radio tower only to look over in his bedroom window to find that the monster is in his room looking back at him.

I posted asking about this in another forum and received two possibilities.1) Someone remembered seeing something like this in a 50's monster movie, but has no idea which one.
2) One person said something similar occurred in Fritz Leiber's book Our Lady of Darkness, but the character was an adult, not a child.

I've already read A Monster Calls and that's not it. I do believe Our Lady of Darkness is it. :3 I might've heard wrong when it came to a boy/man. Thanks!
