I don't like how they're so rude about it. I understand the points they make and agree with several of them, but I don't go swearing at an inanimate object that is a book.
It's weird how they don't say anything bad about the romance or anything at all for that matter. I guess they have no hearts or something LOL, how could anyone not enjoy the romance in this book?
And that TC reviewer who says she snuck out to buy a pack of cancer sticks behind her mother's back thinks Kelsey is boring because she doesn't do stuff like that? Well not everyone's a low life junkie.
Lol sorry. If THEY can be mean, so can I. I do respect their opinion (everyone's entitled to one) but at least have the dignity to say it in a respectful, appropriate manner, thanks.

I understand your points and I even posted on Vinya's review of Tigers Curse trying to share some of the points about the book and about how she had read ony the first edition. But I was believed to be a Troll at the time. Honestly I have to say I can see both sides points of view. They believe that what they are syaing is totally within their right. They have their own freedom of speech and can write what they want whether it be done in a positive manner or a rude manner. Just because they read a book and write a review does not mean they have to be nice when they do it. It all comes down to just respecting others opinions and leaving well enough alone. I promise that if you say something on Vinya's review or any of the other negative reviews you will be Troll Policed because it is important to mention that this website is for writing your opinions whether they be positive or negative. So basically if you disagree say I respect your opinion but I thought otherwise and I wrote my own review about it here (submit link) that way you will not be accused of being a troll and will not hurt anyone's feelings! Becasue even though you may feel that they sre being rude or nasty if you write something that goes against their review they will feel that you are disrespecting their opinion and to them that will be rude. I understand you wanting to share you opinion about the book but it is uneccessary to do it on someone elses review. You know what I mean?

They still shouldn't be rude about it. In grade 10, we had to have a geographical debate with the class but before we did so we discussed the importance of speaking in a respectful manner to not offend anyone. I remember reading someone's review where he/she disrespected the people who read the book like, "the people who actually like this book must be blind/completely insane/stupid" and I don't like how the Vinaya person said that her 10-year-old (or so) nephew could write a better book than this. Things like that don't need to be said.

I know what you mean to a nice person who would never write a review like that. It can come off as mean. But a lot of people found it funny so there is two sides to every thing and that one just is not on our side. In a perfect world that would be true but we are not in one so that is the kind of thing we have to deal with.
A troll is someone who defends a book on a review saying they shouldnt say things like that and that tey love te book and how could they be so rude as to say things like that and you shouldnt readit if your not going to likenit or shouldnt say anythin if you do not hve somethin good to say or just anything contradicting them. Usually you het them in series for twilight, hush hush, fallen, wicked lovely books that have a wide fan base. I was called one till they realized i actualy gad some sense andwas maing valid points. People can be quick to call you one so thats why i warn you :)

Well when it came to that one girl she was just swearing ever couple of words and I understand that its her right to say what she wants cause everyone is different and likes different books. But I thought the swearing was just over doing it. And shes only 15.
I would never tell anyone their wrong with what they think though. It's all opinions. But a troll is really something you don't want to be called. My grandma used to go on these chat groups for old ppl and trolley would come in and just get a bad rep an nobody would talk to them unless they got to out of hand and then they were forced to leave. Usually if your just nice about everything, everythings ok.

Yeah I was surprised at the length of these people's hateful reviews?! The people that hate these books are really passionate about it judging by their lengthy reviews... If you look at a fan review it's not as passionately written like the hate ones haha that's just something I noticed. People tend to write down more when it's about something they loathe instead of something they like.

Well for one i really do not think we can say anything on there age because maturity will come when maturity comes. Swearingis a little mich i read her review too but i still stand by what i said. And if you are a troll you will be talked too until you stop talking thats how troll stomping works. Troll stomlpers wont give till the troll has crumbled. :) and it is fun to stomp a troll!

I stumbled upon this book series completely by accident! My name is Kelsey, and I googled books with characters with the same name, because I thought it would be fun to read a book from the pov of someone with the same name (I would be able to connect even better, and escape into the book); and I found this series which I immediately fell for just by reading the little blurb on goodreads. And then I fell head over heels in love with Ren! Why can't there be men like him in real life??!!??

Well BTW I now you are not a creeper:P I just finished Perfect by Ellen Hopkins and it was so ....... life altering. I found out that we strive to be perfect because we want to be loved by others. And if you guys are going to read it we actually have something else to talk about. Alrighty the first on is Crank and that series is with Glass, and Fallout, then Burne, tricks, and Identical are the ones I still need to read, but the beginning of Perfect is Impulse amazing books by an amazing author reaching out to true teens' lives out there in the real world

@Courtney SAME! Now that you mention it, it does seem like Ren's time with Kelsey is over now... what I mean by this is, Ren just needed Kelsey to get that boost, you know? (I don't mean 'need' as in 'used' for personal gain)she was needed to commence the breaking of the curse. Seems like Kishan is the one that really deserves a nice girl since Ren was always the one who got everything handed to him on a silver platter. Kishan seems to be trying way harder to gain her affections than Ren had. Because Ren just got lucky for being the first to find Kelsey.
But.. I dunno, I don't want Kelsey to choose Kishan out of pity, right?

Lol uhm... totally out of the blue... my instructor really likes to 'touch' a lot in a friendly way (he grabbed my shoulders from behind when he gave me pointers, jokingly slapped my hand for doing a bad drawing, pats me on the back, high 5s). I seem to be the only person getting this type of physical contact (if not the only physical contact)
What does it usually mean when people do that kind of touching... frequently?

Oh btw, I had this crazy dream with Megan Fox. I was walking out of a fast food joint feeling like I was an escapee because I was rushing out sort of frightened but on my way out I saw Megan Fox eating so I just said "Hi, I like your movies as I passed by" then I really felt like I was being chased (and I knew that I was in trouble for doing something) so I ran out and I told Megan to hurry up and come with me as if we weren't strangers at all and we knew what we were being chased for. We ran to the car and the driver was one of my old classmates and I said "drive now, NOW!" and we drove off escaping whatever threat we were running from LOL

Yeah that is definitely a certain kind of troll. There are others though on here specifically where they will go to someones review of a book that they loved and say howstupid.... the reviewer is for not liking the book or for saying things like if you do not have something nice to say dont say it. They are basically fans who dont understand the difference between fan sights and review sites.
Sorry about yojr teacher that is not normal no matter what age he is. I would keep your distance as much as you can.

i am staying with Ren...his heart is pure for Kelsey. Kishan is a good guy but his relationship with Yesubai still plagues his life like someone stalking him. I think Ren will sacrafice alot more for Kelsey, he is forgiving and he actually learned to read the ENTIRE ENGLISH LANGUAGE JUST FOR KELSEY... He is also very thoughtful in Kelsey's gifts while Kishan gives Kelsey tiger spray! That was hilarious I couldn't help myself!
