Omg, my dog had his first play date HEHE! It's funny because he wont hesitate to snarl and bark at a dog walking down the street but when he was over there he was trying to his best to hide from the dog guy and basically ignore all the dogs. But then he started to open up to the guy (let him pet him and put a leash on him) but he's still sketchy about other dogs. He won't willingly go up to sniff them or play with them. But eventually he'll be playing with them so I'm super happy :)

I can choose who I'm in love with with. I feel in love with Ren in both books but then Mrs. Colleen made me fall in love with Kishan in Tigers Quest. So its like I love love love love love Ren but I also love love love love Kishan. Which makes is going to make it sad when Kelesy picks which tiger she wants to be with :( But I can't wait for Voyage to come out to see what's going to happen next :)
And that art work is really good. There is so much detail, its almost like you put a piece of paper over someone's living room and traced everything. It's very good :)

Yeah we call them horses too, those little benches. We have cowhide as the bench cover, fake ones though. I think it's cute. But it needs a cushion :/

Man gesture drawing is SO HARD!
My instructors keep telling us, and I quote:
"Draw from the inside/feel the mass of object/all these objects are working together as a whole, it's one unit/don't concentrate on one specific point, move your hand up and down the entire page/imagine your hand moving like water"
Sometimes I get good drawings, but most of the time I'm getting corrected. It's weird because my instructor praises me on one drawing but not the other and I'm like, "but they look the same!"
I really hope I get the feel of this 'work your way from the inside', 'think of the composition as a whole'. But then we started practicing drawing circles/elipses (the skill we need for character designing) and my instructor (my 4th cousin) really praised me in this area and says that it's my forte.
So for now, gesture is a challenge for me.
