hey can you guys help me with something? I'm trying to find pictures of people that look like how I picture my characters. Can you guys post some here that you think would look like Tanner, Jade, and/or Patch?
oh my! hahaha. Well none of the ones u put up for Jade or Patch are at all how I picture them :P haha sorry. But the first one for Tanner is VERY similar to how I picture him.
btw, how are you posting the pix here to where we can see that? like, how do you do that?

haha yipee. I'm gonna add my cover for Spider's Kiss, too (the title will more than likely change)
I don't know if you're done picking names, or anything yet, but I was stumbled across a thread of people who gave Hush, Hush low ratings, and part of their complains were that the name "Patch" was not realistic and that it didn't sound good. Keep that in mind!

hahaha I hate the name Wyatt. Plus theres this really creepy kid in my school named Wyatt. So I will NEVER name someone after him unless it's a creepy character :P
Sorry, I don't have any suggestions! Just be cautious and very, very sure of yourself before you stick with the name of Patch for good. (:
haha alright. I'm still not sure :P anything that would sound good like "Jade and ___" I don't want the names to clash. Can't clash with Tanner either
The best place to find names for your characters is to go to baby name websites. There they give you names from all around the world and their meaning.
yea haha but there are so many of them. thats always what i do, and i look up names that mean certain definitions but they usually don't seem to fit quite right :P
Dean, Bradly, Kellen? i usually try to stay away from the names of my friends and people i know because if it ever gets published I'm afraid that one person you named the hot guy after is gonna ask you if you based your character off of him. big advise an author gave to me once is if you ever base a character off of somebody else, DO NOT TELL THEM. I don't know why but just don't. just imagining it... isn't pretty. baby name book is your best bet. once i paged through a dictionary and added different letters to words and played around with that for a while.
thanks :) that's funny 'cause if I name the red-head Patch, then his full name is Peter Bradley Romero....so yeah i thought that was funny that you suggested Bradley :P
So now I need a vote. Who thinks I should name him Peter Bradley Romero and call him Patch? And who thinks I should choose a different name? If you think i should choose a different name, please write which one you think I should use.Character description: spiky red hair, deep bright green eyes, light skin with few freckles, his face has sharp features, but his expressions are usually soft.
The read freckles and red hair defensively fits him as patch.
I think you should call him Patch, it's growing on me :)

In my humble opinion :), I think Logan, Nathan, or Mason would be the perfect name. :)
Mason's cool! But i also have an evil little cousin named Mason so that ruins it for me... haha I think I'm sticking with Patch. I took up writing this book again where I left off and I've got like 2 and a half chapters now! About 50 pages. I know that's not much, but I'm proud of myself :)

I've always liked Cole, Slate, Spade, Spencer, or Maddox. Ü
What about Austin? I know a boy who has red hair, his name is Austin.
