I should clarify: when I'm in the Kindle edition,
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/10...
the thumbnail over on the right for the other edition says 'Book cover image not on hand'. If I click on that thumbnail and go to that page, there is a cover, however. The reverse problem does not happen; when I'm in the Epub edition page, the Kindle cover thumbnail shows on the right. Is there a way to make both thumbnails show?

Changes to books do not update immediately across the site, the ebook version definitely has a cover, I would give it some time and check back. :)

Sorry Vasha7 they should definitely NOT be combined.

The first link is to a compilation of 4 short stories and the second is to the Shawshank Redemption alone.

Actually no -- The second lot of books are Different Seasons under various alternate titles. It's just that for the movie tie-in, the publishers slapped the poster and movie title on the cover! Even worse, they had the exact same edition of the collection (sometimes same ISBN) displaying the poster and title for Apt Pupil instead. It would be a lot more informative if the damn things were titled something like Different Seasons: Shawshank Redemption Tie-in, but I'm just going with what's on the cover.

Hi all you cool hardworking librarians! I just went to put a "currently reading" status on The Surgeon of Crowthorne by Simon Winchester. I searched by book title and the results show two books with almost identical covers (one looks a bit smaller), the only main diffrence being that one has the subtitle and the other does not.
Do you think they should be merged?

Deborah, there are 50 editions of that book, you need to link the 2 books in question here for a librarian to have a look.

The second edition that came up in the search was a new Kindle edition, I combined them. :)
