It's kind of like a new addition to the series with a different plot driving it. Clare doesn't undo all of the happy endings she made in City of Glass she just kind starts a new chapter in the characters' lives. It kind of felt like the first book of a series. I liked CoFA, and I can't wait for CoLS.

saga (iyagi) 3rd ;);)

Aura | 6 comments I loved this book just as much as TMI!!!
Especially Jem.

Jennifer (jennlovee) | 3 comments I loved Clockwork Angel. I am desperately trying to hold off reading Clockwork Prince. I likeJem and I hope that he doesn't die, but Will he's my favorite. The cocky arrogance must live in the bloodline, he is the Jace of another era.

Kristina (kcain) This is the first of Cassandra Clare's that I've read. I'm about halfway through and I can't put it down. I'm finding that I'm very torn between Jem and Will as my favorite characters. I can't wait to start Clockwork Prince.

Sandee is Reading (sandeeisreading) Jem. Jem. Jem.
I hated Will in the Clockwork Angel but then changed after reading Clockwork Prince.
But still.
It's JEM! :D

Read the Mortal Instruments. City of Bones is just as good as Clockwork Angel.

Kristina (kcain) Oh, I'm looking forward to reading all of them. I really had no intentions of even reading this one yet but I'd seen that the group was reading Clockwork Prince this month so I figured now was as good a time as any. I've got about 20 pages left and I can't stand to put it down.

Megan (teenqueen) I was a little hesitant before starting Clockwork Angel, fearing it would either be too much like Mortal Instruments or it wouldn't be anything like them. I really enjoyed it though and I can't wait to read Clockwork Prince and also City Of Fallen Angels, because I haven't read that yet. I'm not sure whether I'll enjoy that or not... I really enjoyed Mortal Instruments but I've heard a lot of negative things about CoFA.

saga (iyagi) I loved CoFA! I guess it's different for everyone.

Megan (teenqueen) I think I'm going to start reading it after I've finished my library books. I'll probably enjoy it :)
I'm always seeing negative things about a book and then I get worried I won't enjoy it, especially if its from a series / author that I love. In most cases I end up loving the books! I guess I'm not really that fussed about stuff that others are, I'm just looking for a book to read that has a good plot :)

Rachel (rachelreads98) Oh glory how I loved the first book.
(I am a total WillXTessa fan)
But...
*sniffle*
The second book... was a heartbreaker and a total throw-at-the-wall-and-cry-your-eyes-out-for-the-rest-of-your-life book.
But it's expected from Cassandra Clare because (for those of you who have read Mortal Instruments) Cassandra has a thing for messed up relationships and love triangles (which I really hate)
But I still love this series so I will pick up the next book but DEAR GOD PLEASE MAKE WILLxTESSA WORK OUT PLEASE!!!!!!!
That is all.

Astoria (astoriamalfoy) | 5 comments I honestly hated Clockwork Angel, or at least disliked it strongly, so I am glad that I liked and enjoyed everything about Clockwork Prince, I am all for Will, I really didn't see a connection between Tessa and Jem at all during Clockwork Angel, but Clockwork Prince was amazing, it made like Jem a lot more, and It showed me that I really am Team Will .

And I didn't like City of Fallen Angels

Leslie | 2 comments i've alaways been in love with the victorian era,and the supernatural mix into that just makes even sweeter, clockwork angel made me laught, cry(thanks to will), made me get very angery(will, angain)it a great book, and no i didn't absolutely love it. as for clockwork prince it literally ripped my heart apart. I love Jem, for he's sweet kind heart, but also his ice blue fire that glow in his heart(that ever few see). WILL, WILLIAM, WILL,(sigh) there are no words.;(

Vanilla (vanillaink) | 3 comments Seriously, i've never thought i'd love a book as much as I love this one. The whole series is just magically spectacular! I was drawn to Tessa's character like no other heroine in any of the books I have read. I can relate to every single one of her choices and actions as I feel i would definitely do the same if I were in her shoes. She isn't one of those annoying heroines that you just want to shut up.

And then the boys show up.......................................................................................................
Well,I guess theres no need for me to say anything more since its pretty much obvious what I mean.

----Shadowhunter men are PERFECT----

Yup,that came out right.
