I have only read book #1 so far. I thought it was a little slow paced and not what I would generally read but it has it's moments. I will definitely read #2 and with any luck I will find it better than the first.

Loved it. The books get soo much better as it goes on. Last Sacrifice was the best!!! <3
I so love it! I'm on book 3 and it gets better and better!
Vampire Academy is my favorite YA series by far. What I like about Rose is that she is strong, independent, and brave. She cares about the people that she loves and will go far to protect them. She doesn't let what people think of her control her even though it's difficult at times. She didn't want Dimitri because she needs someone to complete her or fight for her. They genuinely had a great connection. Many people try to say that she used people. I don't feel like that was the case. What people did for her, she would gladly do for them if she was able. She fought to get to where she was and be as strong as she was. She wasn't just born epically strong. She worked hard and trained hard. Dimitri is amazing in so many ways. He's mature, caring, strong, and hot. lol I feel like Rose and Dimitri both made decisions that they made for good reasons. I would have acted the same way in situations that they faced. Bottom line, I'll love this series forever. =)
I read them all. They're an amazing series! Rose is such a strong character. She always stands up for herself, no matter who she's facing! And Lissa makes me think of that pretty girl at school that fakes her smiles so that nobody will know what she's going through. The characters seem like someone we would have in our class at high school or something. The plot was amazing too. So riveting, it sucked you in. I loved the series!
@Jordan I definitely agree with you. Some people think that Rose's character is completely flawed but who doesn't make mistakes. I love all the characters and even some of the villains because of their depth. =)
