Wrong author image - how to remove?

I was wondering how I can remove or report an incorrect photo for an author? In particular, I'm looking at the author Carol Birch:

The woman in the photo is actually a "storyteller" who holds workshops in the UK, not the Carol Birch who has written the books listed. This is the actual author:

I tried clicking on the "flag" link for this photo, but I just get an error. I also don't see a delete option for this.

Please advise on how to remove the photo.

Go into "edit author profile" and then click add/delete photo...and that should delete it for ya. :) If you still have trouble, post back, and I'll get it.
