I really think that THE HOST is the BEST that stephenie meyer had ever written!....its really a book for those who think that 'if u had given a choice, then u have to live for others who really cares and loves u a lot'...:)
Its who u actually are,not that who you want to be!
In this case 'Wanda' has to live for 'Ian'...even if she is alien to him n never wanted to be in a human body...I liked her character in the whole book-A living soul, full of feelings,no hatred!just WOW!
I really liked the 'fictious concept' Stephenie Meyer had chosen on!,,,entirely different from twilight....so 5 stars!!!
'The Host' makes sense better than 'Twilight'!simple!

I enjoyed the Host much more than Twilight. I think the way Wanda and Ian's relationship formed is much more resonable than Edward and Bella's love at 1st sight type thingy. You know? Plus, I just love Ian.

The Host is one of my favorite books. I wish Meyer would hurry up with a sequel. As a whole, I enjoyed the Twilight series... I liked it much better as it progressed, at first I was just "meh" about it, and I love vampire fiction, but by the 3rd book I was into it. But The Host was just fantastic, I loved the whole idea, and Wanda's stories were one of my favorite things about it.. I've read it a couple of times and listened to the audio book as well.

The Host is clearly better. Twilight is not thought provoking at all, plus Bella is SO annoying and dependent. Wanda can obviously take care of herself.

host is cool....but im still confused which one is the best......:):)

The Host is way the best!

everyone i know who read it told me not to read the Host, but i LOVED it. i don't see how people didn't enjoy it.

i found the start to be tedious and slow but gradually the book caught its pace...it was fun and the characters were strong and likable...a good read
