Approximately 6,ooo,ooo,ooo people in the world- every person wants different things. Every person has their own thoughts, their own ideas.No wonder the world's such a messed up place.
Ok that was just bizarre- I amaze even myself sometimes.
I have a cold... in the summer. Joy, oh joy.
I haven't been on goodreads for a week. A week. The whole of August 2011 (until now). By choice. Free will. I am awesome.
I finally finished my friend's book today- 8/10/11 4:17 P.M
Snapple covered pacifier for a 7 month baby- excellent. And I'm telling you she was on a sugar high afterward; she didn't fall asleep till 45 minutes after I put her down.
Yeah.What is the point of having your profile private? Like if someone wants to add you,but has their profile private. Or vice versa if you want to add someone, but they have their profile private. Like, what are you using to judge (if you didn't know them from a group). But, maybe that's the point. Don't judge.

I went swimming with a 2 year old today. Sooo cute.

The most horrible thing happened to someone today.So a baby was lying on a mat today playing. All of a sudden his diaper(#2) started leaking all down his leg, and on the mat. So, we (the mothers helpers) all started freaking out cause of the mature people we are. And, I don't know exactly how it happened- I think the baby's mothers helper picked him up really high and it dripped down onto her face. Or, otherwise she picked him up, then handed him to someone else while she was getting his changing stuff ready and when the other mothers helper handed him back it dripped onto her mouth. Anyway so it was kind of yellowish, and for lunch (its a daycamp so they provide hot lunch) there had been deli. So she (the mothers helper of the baby) thought it was mustard, and... LICKED IT OFF!! Seriously I'm not lying.
I feel soo bad for her, AND she couldn't get the taste out of her mouth!!!
Camp ended today. And, I have to say, I'm really proud of myself. Before this summer I had only changed a few wet diapers and 1 dirty one (which was disastrous). Now I've probably changed 50 wet diapers (seriously 2 yr olds have tiny bladders, especially when they're constantly drinking "babas"), and 15 dirty ones. Sure, every time there's a really dirty one (such as with corn), I still freak out, but I've learnt alot. And for that I'm proud.
Man, I'm really gonna miss the little squirts.
OHMYGOSH I START SCHOOL IN (I THINK) EXACTLY 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In case anyone's interested the Yankees hit 3 grand slams in one game. That is apparently a baseball record. You know, since I'm really into following baseball.

thanks:)It's Hurricane Irene, and it's coming from the Carolinas (North and South). I live on Long Island in NY, on the south shore which is where it's supposed to be hitting. The town right near me had a mandatory evacuation, but I don't know what we're going to do...

I hope everything's okay where you live when the hurricane hits! I've had experience with them, so I don't mind them much, lol I've slept through a Category 1, but that was a tropical storm that turned into a hurricane overnight. Anyway, I was really lucky this time, bc I do live on the east coast but I'm like at the middle of the state but just a smidge more west, so we aren't getting hit by it. It was actually a really really nice day today, but I feel so bad for all the people being affected:(

:D Okay yay! LOL I recently started watching How I met your Mother (it's a tv show if you don't know) and apparently there's some big hatred between New Yorkers and people from NJ. But I lived like in upper Jersey anyway, so we went to NY often:)
I don't know, I like NJ. Last summer when we were in NJ wee drove to our old house. It was really weird...anyway we moved when I was 4, so I don't remember so much.Got to go cause apparently i have to shut off the laptop I'm on cause of the hurricane

Wow, what a hurricane! I'm still trembling, as I write this sitting in a rowboat in my attic. Nah, I'm kidding. Thank G-d though it wasn't so bad in my area. Anyway last night it just rained a lot, and was very windy. My brother said the power flickered for like a second this morning, but that was it. We didn't flood or anything, and we didn't have to evacuate. So, so much for my big hurricane.
Lol well I'm glad it wasn't that bad:) I saw a pic last night of water coming down the stairs you take to get in/out of the subway and I was like "Whoa that's so scary!" (no sarcasm)
Yeah, in NYC and in other places it was much much worse than it was in my neighborhood.

I got my schedule for high school!I have specials after lunch which is annoying.
Also my yoga teacher last year is my gym teacher, AND bio lab teacher this year.

TODAY= MY LAST DAY OF SUMMER VACATION! :(
Yes! I finally finished The Prince and the Pauper, my summer reading book...when I start school tomorrow. :P
So anyway I started 9th grade today. *applause applause*Anyway, in the morning we had a freshman orientation, and then later, before lunch we had a orientation for the entire high school. After we were supposed to eat lunch, and then go to 6th period. So somehow, I still don't get it, (maybe because there's no spot for lunch on my schedule?) I only figured it out after I had English which is supposed to be my 2nd to last period, but I took it 3rd to last. Basically for every class until last, I was taking the class that was before when mine was supposed to be. So by every class I wasn't on the teacher's list, and I kept on telling them that. Finally after English which I thought was 2nd to last period, I asked someone (cause it was recess then) "Next period is last period, right?" And they're like "No, it's 8th period." And I'm like, " Oh my gosh your'e kidding right?" But, no they weren't.
And so it was really embarrassing because I had to then go to the vice principal who said they'd straighten it up tomorrow, but got to English now. So I did, and she had already started. So... I had to explain in front of the whole class how I misread my schedule. Trust me, it was really embarrassing, and now I don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow.
Anyway so today a lifeguard was holding a baby. And babies have little noses right? So little you can't put a tissue in them, right? So this lifeguard takes her finger and picks the baby's nose for it. I'm seriously not joking. I mean she Purelled after, but still...gosh.
