So, I was in the moderator support group, browsing the advice, when I stumbled upon the idea of a weekly (or bi-weekly, whatever) newsletters. It would include member's birthdays that took place that place (announce it in "Happy Birthday to You"), any contests, updates for the Triwizard Tournament, and stuff like that. Maybe we could say it was the Daily Prophet. Or the O.W.L.S. Inquirer. Or something. Yes, it needs work, but it's just an idea.
