Some groups have moderator contests to choose co-moderators. How can you do well in them, thus be picked as a co-moderator.
When I had a moderator contest, I used the following statement in my announcement: I will be having a contest for the position of Co-Moderator. The Co-Moderator will be chosen by the following criteria. -activity -if they follow the rules -short letter
The short letter shall be written to me, and me only. You need to answer the following questions in your letter. Why do you want to be a co-moderator? What could you do to help the group? Are you willing to stay active in this group? I looked for people who answered truthfully, and answered the questions well. When I have tried to become co-moderator in other contests, I have not made it, I don't know why. I hope you can help!
Yeah because in wolf ranks you said Delta was basically a messenger and when I think of messenger in relation to alpha I think errand boy/girl... The way I think Mod systems work best are when the mods are equal and one person (the head mod) has the final say on all the decisions. But giving each mod a rank doesn't really allow for that kinda bond that mods have, it's just a barrier.
