adding a new edition of a book

First, make absolutely certain that the book isn't already in the database. Search by ISBN is often helpful and often shows the edition for which you're searching.

If the edition really, truly isn't here and doesn't show even with a full search, new books/book editions can be entered from this page:

http://www.goodreads.com/book/new

Please then combine the new edition with any existing editions, or ask another librarian to do so by posting in the librarians' groups.
