Hi Mary, yep, I'm here. Busy and behind as usual. :) Hope you like the excerpt. It's an ARC so there are some minor differences from the released version.

Thank you, Carren! I'm really excited that it's out. It just seems like it happened so soon after the first one. Time does fly.

Yes. Lots! Book three is going to be really great. Lots of surprises...and after that, everyone is dying for Ronan's story :) I could go on with this series for a long time, and another publisher wants me to write a different paranormal series. So I'll probably have two different series going. Plus, another publisher is interested in a mystery series, but I've had to put that on the back burner for now. So yes, lots of books ahead...

Anita Clenney (anitaclenney) | 192 comments I would assume since everyone here loves Outlander that we all like a touch of humor in our stories. I'm blogging about this and would be very interested in your comments. Here's the link.

I'm also at my regular blog talking about my recent Girls Night Out event at Turn the Page Bookstore with Nora Roberts.

Anita, I loved the humor in your books. It was just enough and didn't distract from the plot. I lmao over Nina and Matilda in "Embrace the Highland Warrior"!

Thanks, Laura! It's hard to know if humor will hit or miss. I love it in stories and think making a reader smile can go a long way towards a memorable book. I loved writing Nina and Matilda. In fact, I would love to do a spin off with them trying to solve mysteries. But I'm too busy now.

Laura P | 114 comments Anita - I'm excited to hear you are starting a new series... I'll be first in line to read it!!!
And I'm looking forward to book 3...4....5....etc. in your current series. I love those highland warriors.... I can't get enough of them!

Anita Clenney (anitaclenney) | 192 comments I don't know if I mentioned it here, but I also just sold a new paranormal relic hunter series. Within 15 minutes of the sale hitting Publishers Marketplace, my agent started getting emails from Hollywood about movie rights. BIG names. I'm talking the offices of Jerry Bruckheimer (Pirates of the Caribbean, National Treasure, geez what hasn't he done), Stephen Spielberg, and Universal. I'm ecstatic that they're inquiring. So I'm going to be swamped between the relic hunter series and the warrior series.
