My cover image isn't showing

I cannot get the cover image for The Blood Orange to load. The image is up on all other sites...Amazon, Barnes and Noble etc. The book is by Gordon Basichis and the ISBN is 1439280541.
Help please.

I've noticed this occasionally and I don't know if it is the same problem. When I go to:

the cover image does not show, even though it appears in my feed, my currently reading, etc.
